Vetted domestic and nanny services in Cape Town.
Finding the right person to help at home should feel clear and manageable. Alice helps families, homeowners and property owners find trained and vetted domestic workers — with a free interview, a one-day trial, and no agency fee for employers.
About Alice.
I started cleaning in 2016 as a domestic worker and housekeeper. What began as just a job quickly became my passion and my career. Over the years I worked in guest houses (housekeeping, bed making, preparing rooms for check-in), hotels and restaurants (cleaning, waitressing, serving breakfast, apartment cleaning with time targets) and private homes (domestic work, nanny, childcare and home management).
I turned that passion into a purpose and founded Alice Domestic and Nanny Agency. Today we are a team of 4 dedicated ladies. I personally train every lady I send to you: how to clean properly, make a bed like a hotel, iron perfectly, respect a home and work with love. All our staff have contactable references and experience.
My promise: every home we touch will be cleaned with passion, not just duty. — Alice Kim Charamba, Founder
